Client: Rajasthan Housing Board
Master Planner & Architect: Agarwal & Agarwal
Area: 130.00 Acres
Status: Completed in 20085

Rajasthan Housing Board took the initiative of setting a sprawling campus for NRI’s with traditional-looking bungalows and rich landscaping treatments. The masterplan contained a vast 26-acre central garden that was designed to evoke the traditional Rajasthani architectural qualities and style.

The central landscape area is a reflection of grandeur and sophistication, with pavilions shaped like chattris for relaxation and unwinding purposes, a clock tower reminiscent of the traditional Victory Tower in Jaipur, think tanks and blossoming flowers adding to the royalty and exuberance of the area. All these features are connected through a system of pathways and landscape courts. This ambitious project is completed keeping in mind the provision of all modern amenities but fused with local flavor and imparting a sense of royal Rajasthan.
