The building is abutting the AJC Bose Flyover in Kolkata and rises like a circular column along it. Hence, the design was aimed to be seamlessly starting from the ground floor lobby and rises above in a helical manner within the circular stairway so that while driving at night, the entire lobby design is clearly visible from the flyover.
